Antioch Enterprises was founded on a simple belief: where families live should be a place where they can thrive. In a world where many housing communities have become impersonal, unsafe, or neglected, Antioch Enterprises was created to do something different. We saw an opportunity and a responsibility to restore RV and mobile home parks into clean, well-managed, family-focused communities where parents feel confident raising children and neighbours genuinely look out for one another. Our name, Antioch, reflects a commitment to building communities rooted in care, integrity, and stewardship. From the beginning, our focus has been on acquiring under performing or overlooked parks and

transforming them into places that prioritize safety, dignity, and long-term stability for residents. We invest not only in infrastructure, but in people. Through thoughtful management, consistent maintenance, and clear community standards, Antioch Enterprises works to create environments where children can play safely, families can put down roots, and residents can take pride in where they live. We believe strong communities are built intentionally and that housing should serve families, not exploit them.
